Rooted in Health accepts returns according to the terms below.
Vielight Devices
Vielight devices purchased through Rooted in Health include Vielight’s 6-month satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 6 months for an 80% refund of the purchase price.
Shipping charges and separately purchased intranasal applicators are excluded from the refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Vielight Warranty
Vielight devices include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims or issues involving a defective device, please contact Vielight directly for assistance with the manufacturer warranty.
Digital Products
Digital products and downloadable educational materials are non-refundable once delivered.
How to Request a Return
Please contact Rooted in Health before returning any item so we can assist with the return process. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed after the returned device is received and approved by Vielight. Processing times may vary.
